Meet Cathy
Cathy Hazen is an active orthodontic-practice leader, managing staffing, human resources, and payroll operations across multi-location teams. She brings that current, day-to-day operator perspective to MANAGEIT! Coaching, helping practices build clearer systems, stronger leaders, and healthier team rhythms.
Her career began in automotive sales, where she managed dealerships with more than 300 employees. After moving into orthodontics as a treatment coordinator in 2009, Cathy grew into practice management and multi-location leadership.
Cathy has also helped open and operate an Invisalign®-only practice and shares her experience with doctors and treatment coordinators at Invisalign® industry conferences across the country. Her work with MANAGEIT! Coaching is focused entirely on the practical realities of orthodontic practices.
